Providence Health is a non-for-profit, non-governmental medical organisation and a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme service provider.
As an expansion of Tanti Creek General Practice, we are a medical access point, championing quality, evidence-based practice for the NDIS approved and non-NDIS clients, as well as their families, cares and the wider community.
Our services are rooted in values of honesty, accountability, care, and compassion to help people live a more independent and fulfilling life. Providence Health takes a holistic, public health and social work approach to healthcare.
We work collaboratively with specialised healthcare organisations and providers to complement their services and facilitate specialised, tailored interventions for client needs.
We partner with other disability and NDIS stakeholders to facilitate holistic healthcare and support for individuals and family members living with a disability. This includes partnering with Local Area Coordinators (LAC) and Support Coordination Providers (SCP) to ensure we provide the best support and services for clients accessing the NDIS.
